Pheasant
The bird that everyone loves to hunt!  At Prairie King we don't hunt ONLY the native species.  Our CRP acres hold great numbers of pheasant.  Hunt preserve and non-preserve acres for born wild, wild and released birds.  Face it guys, the pheasant is not a very successful introduction here in America.  But fortunately, they are fun to hunt, so through massive and constant release efforts by individuals, game departments and outfitters, along with habitat and conservation efforts of fine organizations such as Pheasants Forever, it remains the number 1 game bird in America.  Our pheasant hunts cater to small groups of up to 8 hunters.  So if you want a great pheasant hunt where you can escape the crowds.  Come to Prairie King.  We hunt Pheasant from September to March so this is a great way to have your annual pheasant hunt, but also shoot some of the other species once you've limited out on Pheasant.  Remember , in Nebraska we get to hunt ALL DAY, so it's like getting two hunts in one.
